The festive season has arrived, and The Green Quarter truly embraced the Christmas spirit with twelve days of community warmth and holiday cheer. From 1st to 12th December, residents and visitors enjoyed a vibrant programme of workshops, celebrations, markets, and family-friendly activities.

A major highlight of the programme was the big Christmas Party on Thursday 4th December. This family-friendly celebration brought The Green Quarter and Parkside Yards to life with a full evening of festivities. Visitors met animals from the Basil and Crew Petting Farm, including Basil the donkey, enjoyed performances by the Ealing Rock Choir, explored festive stalls and soaked up the atmosphere with mulled wine and mince pies. Santa and his elf also made a special appearance to spread Christmas cheer.

The full line up across the twelve days included school performances, wreath-making, candle workshops, a buzzing Christmas market and even a live orchestral movie night. It was the perfect way to embrace the joy of the season with memories made with neighbours, friends and family.

Thank you to Open Southall for all their support in the partnership to bring these events to life.
